Terms & Conditions

By working with Gray Training, you agree to the following terms:

 

Services​

Gray Training provides personal training services both in-person and online. This includes 1:1 sessions, small group training, and custom programming. Services may be delivered via Trainerize, in person at our private studio, or through live video sessions.

 

Payments and Refunds

All sessions and programs must be paid in advance. Missed sessions without 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for partially used packages unless approved under extenuating circumstances.

 

Scheduling and Cancellations

Clients must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows will be counted as a used session. Consistent no-shows may result in loss of booking priority.

 

Health and Safety

You are responsible for informing Gray Training of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before participating in training. By joining sessions, you confirm you’ve been cleared by a medical professional for physical activity.

 

Liability Waiver

You acknowledge that participation in physical training carries inherent risk. By participating, you release Gray Training from liability for injuries sustained during training, unless due to gross negligence.

 

Minors

Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign consent forms and be aware of all services provided.

 

Program Use

All training materials, programs, and content are the intellectual property of Gray Training. Do not copy, distribute, or share without permission.

 

Communication

You agree to receive messages related to your training, including reminders, updates, and follow-ups. You can opt out of marketing communication at any time.

 

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services indicates agreement to the most recent version.
