Refund Policy

All payments to Gray Training are non-refundable.

 

Training plans are billed in advance and renew automatically every month. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Once a charge is processed, it is final. No refunds, partial credits, or prorated adjustments will be issued.

 

You are responsible for canceling before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue. Missed sessions or unused time within an active cycle will not be refunded or credited.

 

By enrolling in any Gray Training program, you agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for managing your subscription.
